Production of this piece of jewelry takes from 7-14 working days, although many times we are able to produce it earlier. In the case your jewelry is ready before its scheduled production time we will update you and deliver your order swiftly. 

Due to the geometry of the Arabic letters, we might be able to produce more than one option for the 3 Interlocking Names, it is really challenging to make the design fit perfectly. We also can not guarantee the arrangement of the names you prefer as the names themselves might not fir in that arrangement. 

Our team will send you the design, and if the names allow for more than one option in design, so you can approve it for production.

Please make sure you spell the name in Arabic with all the dots in place.

All the dots in our designs are diamonds, if there are no diamonds in the names, we will place a diamond inside some of the letters and this will depend on your approval of the design. 

Once the design is sent for production, modifications and adjustments are not permitted. 

In accordance with the Law of the State of Kuwait, bespoke jewelry are non refundable and non exchangeable. If you cancel your order after the design has been shared with you and before production, only 50% of the paid amount will be refunded.
