Delivery & Shipping

LOCAL DELIVERY IN KUWAIT

  • thhaba offers complimentary delivery for all orders in Kuwait.
  • Orders will not be delivered if the customer's ID number is not provided.
For items that are in stock and are ready for delivery:
  • Orders placed before 4pm will be delivered on the same day before 7pm.
  • Orders placed after 4pm will be delivered the next day between 11am - 6pm.
For items that are out of stock, bespoke and custom made orders, they will be delivered as soon as production is and quality check is complete and once ready they will be delivered between 11am-6pm.

    INTERNATIONAL EXPRESS SHIPPING

    • thhaba's orders are shipped from Kuwait.
    • Orders will not be dispatched if the customer's ID number is not provided.
    • We do not ship to P.O. Box address and a physical home or office address is required for delivery.
    • All international orders are shipped with DHL Express, FedEx, or Aramex depending on the country.
    • International shipping costs are charged at a flat rate of 25 KD.
    • Customers in Saudi Arabia are responsible for any additional customs charges and V.A.T. that are subject to the rules and regulations of Saudi Arabia.
    • Customers in Qatar are required to include their National ID number for the delivery to be fulfilled.

    For items that are in stock and are ready for delivery:

    • Shipping timeframes is 3 - 5 business days from dispatch for major cities within the GCC, and 3 - 10 business days from dispatch for major cities worldwide.
    • Please allow an additional 5 business days for rural addresses.

    For items that are out of stock, bespoke and custom made orders, they will be shipped as soon as production is and quality check is complete and once ready they will follow the shipping timeframe above. 

    Please note that once your order is on its way, we are unable to change the shipping address.

    thhaba will not be held responsible if your item does not arrive in your preferred time frame but arrives in time abided by our shipping policy.

     

    PUBLIC HOLIDAYS

    Our warehouse is based in Kuwait. Thus, our shipping dates are affected by The State of Kuwait Public & Religious Holidays.

    Orders placed on a public or religious holiday, will be shipped the following business day.

     

    RETURN, EXCHANGE, & REPAIRS SHIPPING

    Please kindly note, that the cost and related custom clearance and tax charges of return shipping is the responsibility of the customer.
