Returns & Exchanges
Due to the nature of fine jewelry, and the fact that it comes in direct contact with your skin, and due to the nature and mechanics of the pearls, gemstones and diamonds that are set in jewelry, we are not able to offer any returns or exchanges on any of our fine jewelry that is encrusted with diamond, pearls and/or gemstones. All sale of fine jewelry with gemstones, pearls and/or diamonds are final.
Full priced gold and silver and platinum jewelry that is without any gemstones, pearls and/or diamonds can be returned or exchanged within ONE DAY of the date of purchase. Discounted gold, silver and platinum jewelry can not be returned, and can be exchanged within ONE DAY of the date of purchase.
One exchange is allowed per item, and you therefore can not make an exchange for an Item that is already an exchange.
In the case of local as well as international returns & exchanges, the client is responsible for the shipping, transportation, customs, taxes and any fees related to shipping and delivery.
The sales invoice is required to make any return or exchange. Digital invoices are accepted and a valid ID is to be presented.
All return and exchange jewelry should be returned in it's original condition and with the original packaging provided upon purchase.In accordance with the Law of the State of Kuwait, bespoke jewelry are non refundable and non exchangeable. If you cancel your order after the design has been shared with you and before production, only 50% of the paid amount will be refunded.
