Products & Descriptions

We take great care to accurately represent each piece on our website, including materials, gemstones, dimensions, and finishes. However, colors may vary slightly depending on your screen calibration and settings.

All gemstone details — including origin, treatment status, and rarity — are stated to the best of our knowledge. Where provenance is a key feature (Bahraini pearls, Nishapur turquoise, Zambian emeralds, and others), this information is sourced from our suppliers and is referenced in product descriptions for informational purposes.

thhaba reserves the right to discontinue, modify, or substitute materials in any piece without prior notice, provided the quality and value are maintained.

Pricing & Payment

All prices are listed in Kuwaiti Dinars (KD) unless otherwise stated. We reserve the right to adjust prices at any time. The price confirmed at checkout is the final price for your order.

Payment is processed securely at the time of purchase.
We accept major credit and debit cards, and any additional methods listed at checkout.
Thhaba does not store payment information on our servers.
In the event of a pricing error, we will contact you before processing the order.

Orders & Processing

Placing an order constitutes an offer to purchase. All orders are subject to availability and confirmation. thhaba reserves the right to refuse or cancel any order at our discretion, including cases of suspected fraud or system errors.

Made-to-order and custom pieces require additional processing time. You will be notified of expected timelines upon order confirmation. For permanent jewelry services, bookings are confirmed via direct communication and are subject to appointment availability.

Shipping & Delivery

We ship within Kuwait and internationally where available. Delivery timeframes are estimates and may vary due to customs, carrier delays, or other factors beyond our control.

thhaba is not responsible for delays caused by third-party couriers or customs authorities.
Risk of loss passes to the customer upon handover to the carrier.
Shipping fees, if applicable, are displayed at checkout.
International customers are responsible for any import duties or taxes applicable in their country.

Returns & Exchanges

We want you to love every thhaba piece. If something isn't right, please reach out to us within 24 hours of receiving your order.

To be eligible for a return or exchange, items must be unworn, unaltered, and in their original packaging. Custom, engraved, or made-to-order pieces are final sale and not eligible for return. Permanent jewelry services are non-refundable once the piece has been applied.

thhaba does not cover return shipping costs unless the item received was defective or incorrect. Refunds, when approved, are processed within 21 business days to the original payment method.

Jewelry Care & Liability

Fine jewelry requires proper care to maintain its beauty. Thhaba provides care guidance with each purchase. We are not liable for damage resulting from misuse, improper storage, chemical exposure, or normal wear and tear.

Thhaba's liability is limited to the original purchase price of the item. We are not responsible for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages of any kind.

Intellectual Property

All content on thhaba.com — including design imagery, product photography, copy, brand identity, collection names, and creative concepts — is the exclusive property of Thhaba and protected under applicable intellectual property laws.

You may not reproduce, distribute, or use any content from this site without our express written permission.

Your privacy matters to us. Information collected during your visit or purchase is used solely to fulfill your order, improve your experience, and communicate with you as needed. We do not sell or share your personal data with third parties for marketing purposes.
