Warrenty & Manufacturer's Guarantee
Your thhaba jewelry is guaranteed against any manufacturing defect for a period of twenty-four (24) months from the date of purchase (the “Warranty Period”) subject to the following conditions. If your jewelry is returned during the Warranty Period, any component found by our technical services to be defective as a result of a manufacturing defect will be, at thhaba's sole discretion, repaired or replaced free of charge. Upon expiration of the Warranty Period, any services or repairs will be subject to a service charge. Charges will be communicated after inspection of the jewelry and are subject to client approval to to commence the repairs necessary.
Your thhaba Warranty does not cover, notably:
- Defects and damages resulting from misuse or negligence, or from accidents.
- Defects and damages caused by improper use (knocks, dents, scratches due to contact with other jewelry, etc.), alterations, and unauthorized modifications or repairs performed by anyone other than thhaba.
- Routine maintenance and cleaning, as well as the consequences of the normal wear and tear.
- Any damages resulting from the contact with heat, abrasive substances, and/or chemicals such as chlorine, perfume, lotion, oud and oils, etc.
- By receiving the purchased jewelry, you confirm that the metals and gemstones are as mentioned in the sales invoice.
If your purchase was made through one of our official retailers, We kindly ask you to email us (clients@thhaba.com) your purchase receipt with your full details (Name, Contact Number, Address, ID Number) so we can register your warranty.
Clients are responsible for transportation costs, including but not limited to postage and delivery fees, insurance, customs charges and packing materials. We recommend that any shipment to us include certified delivery and insurance.
This warranty does not affect any other rights you may have under the applicable legislation of Kuwait.
