In some occasions we are able to produce it earlier. In the case your jewelry is ready before its scheduled production time we will update you and deliver your order swiftly. 

Please make sure you spell the name in Arabic with all the dots in place.

Our team will send you the design, and if the names allow for more than one option in design, so you can approve it for production.

Once the design is sent for production, modifications and adjustments are not permitted. 

In accordance with the Law of the State of Kuwait, bespoke jewelry are non refundable and non exchangeable. If you cancel your order after the design has been shared with you and before production, only 50% of the paid amount will be refunded.
